PAINT AND FLOORS!

Wow - another amazing few days of work. Terry and Jennifer, John and Chauna and even Dick Berg got in on the work! He completely pulled up the old bathroom floor. Terry got lots of the painting done, all the primer, white paint on the walls and ceilings and the base color (HAZE) in the kitchen. He and John kicked butt on the kitchen floor - it's so beautiful! Chauna is the tile queen - she and Jenn got the upstairs bathroom floor done. Check out the cool design tiles! I learned how to saw tile! Very cool. Such amazing friends!!!!! Thank you guys!!!!!!!!

DRYWALL AND GUTTERS!

Jennifer and Bonnie, who is 1 of Jenn's students, and I worked for 2 days getting ready for drywall. On the third day Jenn and Bonnie came back and worked along with Glenn and the drywall crew. OMG what a difference drywall makes! You can really see it starting to come together! VERY EXCITING! My favorite picture is Jenn, Grace and Izzy hanging out in my giant bathroom!!!!!!!!! INSULATION!

After living here for almost 22 years this old house is now insulated! I can't wait for winter to see how toasty i am AND how much the propane bill goes down!!!!!!

WE GET WIRED!

The last weekend in April and the first weekend in May we worked on the wiring in the old part of the house. What an AWESOME crew! Terry and Jennifer, Chad, Allen and even Grace helped! Terry and Chad had lots of bonding time up in the attic! Oh yea - Hercky was in OCD mode the whole time!

MARCH HAPPENINGS

A lot got done in March. There's electric and plumbing! The whole north side is sided and all 3 windows upstairs are in! I've moved upstairs now and have started stripping wood in Dillon's old room!
